The traditional public relations and marketing techniques are giving way to a substantive development of assessment and referral interface among agencies in a system in which payment for services and appropriate placement is tied to rigorously applied clinical assessment and the delivery of medically necessary therapies. This became especially true as the Skilled Nursing Facilities transitioned to the new PPS payment structures as part of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997.
An Annual Plan which projects and plans census goals and objectives, assigns responsibilities and plan achievement time frames. Key members of the ANNI team have collaborated over the past several years to sharpen the vision and develop the network of dedicated health care professionals. The result of our efforts is a company that offers value added programs and enhanced services to those we serve.
An inquiry management system for handling calls from the general public and referral sources. It is now imperative to form and maintain referral relationships through user-friendly clinical assessment and referral interface with all other levels of the continuum. That includes Physicians, Home Health Agencies, Board & Care and Retirement Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Community Agencies and Public Mental Health Plan case managers.
A committee to plan and assign community response and development of strategic relationships. ANNI has fostered relationships with all elements of the continuum by meeting their challenges at both ends of referral to and from our program.
